All travel expenses are included in my rate (including Uber, flights, gas, and/or hotel), and a 40-50% deposit is required after the screening process. These dates must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. Last-minute (< 1 week in advance) bookings more than 6 hours from NYC will incur additional fees based on airfare prices.

International rates start at USD 10,000, depending on the location and the duration of our time together. Business/First class flight and accommodations will be factored into the rate.
